Jama Software was included this week on Forbes’ 2013 list of the “Most Promising Companies.” Jama, a provider of project collaboration software and finalist in the 2012 Oregon Entrepreneurs Network's Tom Holce Entrepreneurship Awards, was Forbes' 84th most-promising company, with over $9 million in 2012 revenue and 65 employees.  Click here for additional details

Congratulations to alto client AudienceWise, Inc. on its asset sale to SEOmoz, Inc., a fast-growing corporation based in Seattle that focuses on search engine optimization and social monitoring. AudienceWise, founded in Oregon in 2011, has specialized in audience development consulting for news publishers and ecommerce sites and has generated buzz regarding its products. Financial details are not being disclosed.
