Katie focuses her practice on finance, corporate, licensing and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining alto law group in 2011, Katie practiced at Seward & Kissel LLP in New York and also served as in-house legal counsel for RBC Capital Markets, LLC, gaining extensive experience with financings and securities law.
