Steve counsels clients on a variety of legal matters including corporate, business, technology licensing and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining alto law group in 2009, Steve worked in Nike's Global Procurement department where he negotiated IT contracts including professional services agreements, telecommunications agreements, software licensing, and hardware purchase and lease agreements.
